It's TODAY!!! I've been anticipating this day for 21 LONG days and it's finally here! I can't believe I actually did it. NO cheating, NO slipping up. 21 days of clean, Paleo eating. 21 days of cardio and weight training. WOW.
OK, let's be honest. It isn't as hard as it was in the beginning. As I mentioned before, I was literally addicted to sugar. I LOVED candy, ice cream, cake, anything and everything that was virtually terrible for you. I HATED working out. But within 3 weeks, I grew to have a bond with the gym, haha. Overall, I've had great results and will actually continue the challenge. We won't be as strict, and it won't actually be a challenge. Eating healthier has given me so much energy, and more respect for my body. I know exactly what is going into it, and in return, its slimming down and showing me what I work hard for.
As for my first 'cheat'? Red Velvet Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. Give me a break. It was my birthday!
